Spencer Street

The WSBID coordinated a clean-out on Spencer Street. We worked with property owners on a major maintenance project to coordinate the removal of materials and beautify the sides of the roadway. Fresh plantings, soil, and rocks were placed to create a tidy streetscape. An entire dump truck hauled away illegally-dumped materials buried for years under asphalt and silt.
